2017 Back to School Clothing Event


Community Service Foundation, in Partnership with TransAmerica, is once again hosting a Back To School Clothing Event for qualifying children of CSF.

Letters to residents with qualifying children can expect to receive the forms in the mail the week of 7/10/2017. The completed forms have to be returned back to the CSF Office no later than July 14, 2017 by 5pm.  We regret that we are unable to accept forms past this time, and we are limited to the first 20 children whose forms are returned. All returned forms are marked with the date and time they are received in our office. Residents may also email the completed forms to dwilliams@csfhome.org

Residents will be notified of the pick-up date.
